A seven-week series of classes for beginners that will follow the quilting process from fabric selection and basic sewing machine skills to a finished 43X45 inch quilt, perfect as a lap or baby quilt!

Dates: January 25; February 1, 8, 15, 22; March 1, 8.  

Students must bring their own sewing machine, fabric and thread. A few library-owned machines will be made available for the class as well.

A note from Nancy (regarding the first class) for registrants:

"Welcome to my beginning quilting class. For the first class we will be discussing fabric selection and basic sewing machine skills. You do not need to purchase fabric before this class. If you have a sewing machine please bring it, along with the manual, if you have it.

If you plan on borrowing a machine from the library, please arrange to pick it up before the first class. If you have a lot of experience with a sewing machine, you do not need to bring one to this first class. I look forward to meeting you."
