For children starting kindergarten in the 2023-2024 school year and their caregivers. 

While all our early childhood programs are thoughtfully designed to ready little ones for school and support academic and developmental success, this 6 week series is tailored to help little ones and their grown ups develop the skills to succeed as new kindergarteners this fall. Each week we will tackle a new Every Child Ready to Read best practice that support early literacy and school readiness. Programs will start with familiar story time activities like reading stories aloud and singing songs. Then children and their caregiver will explore interaction stations together to further develop skills. All the while, caregivers will learn different tips on how to prepare their little one for success through out their school years. 

Registration is required. This six week program builds upon itself. When you register, you are registering for all 6 sessions. The program runs Wednesdays, from July 19 through August 23.

Note: this program is both for children and their caregivers. Adults will play an active roll during the program and learn along side their little ones. After all, caregivers are a child's first and best teacher.
