This special Crescent Ridge Story Time, we have a special guest reader! Local author and former Sharon resident, Alison McGrath will be sharing her new children's book Walter and the Worry Test -"A children’s book about worry-thoughts and how one can reframe a negative mindset in order to reduce symptoms of anxiety." After the reading, local children's yoga instructor, Freckle Face Yoga, will lead kids (and grown ups!) through some relaxing yoga and mindfulness exercises. Bring a towel or yoga mat to participate.

Registration is not required but encouraged so you get notifications about weather related cancelations.

This story time will be outside in the sun so remember your sunscreen! Feel free to bring a blanket, chairs, picnic and whatever else will keep you and your little ones comfortable. In the event of bad weather, this author visit will be held indoors at the Library at the same time. 

Crescent Ridge Diary is located at 407 Bay Rd, Sharon, MA 02067. Story time will be held in the field next to the diary bar. Look for the goats and white tent.
