The nations of Bulovika and Mandoleski have been fighting as long as anyone can remember.  The Universal Alliance of Nations has finally brokered a peace deal centering on the return of two purportedly stolen artifacts: a Bulovikian tiara and a Mandoleskish chalice.  The artifacts are due to be returned and the peace treaty signed at an event this afternoon. However, the artifacts have gone missing and the ambassadors are about to storm out. Here's where you come in - can you track down the missing artifacts using clues, ciphers, codes and other tricky things?  The clock is ticking!
