It's the spookiest time of the year! 

Celebrate by entering this exciting cupcake decorating contest.  Participants will have everything they need to make creepy cupcakes to be judged by members of our Teen Advisory Board and library staff.  The winning decorator will win a prize!

For 6th-12th graders only.
