Writing haiku (traditional Japanese nature poetry) is a thoughtful and creative way to observe National Poetry Month.  With the strict form or 5-7-5 syllables, would-be haiku writers need to choose their words with care.  In this workshop we will explore the hows and whys of haiku and then illustrate our poems with a variety of art supplies.
